Summer Showcase 2018Posted on: 09/07/2018
84 students took part in our Expressive Arts and Design Showcase on a very hot Wednesday and Thursday in July. The evenings were a tremendous success and testament to the diligence and creativity of the boys involved. Both audiences were treated to delicious tapas dishes prepared by our student catering team and Art and Design work was exhibited from all year groups. Our school choir and musicians entertained the packed academy hall with a diverse range of songs and tunes. Then our actors from year nine and ten performed a play based on the train robbery that shook the nation in 1963. The Expressive Arts and Design faculty are ridiculously proud of the students’ achievement on both nights and plans are already afoot for more productions next year!
Congratulations to all involved!
