A Christmas Carol
Posted on: 14/01/2019On Friday 11th January we welcomed the Quantum Theatre company from London who delivered a performance of a Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens to our Year 11 students.
This was in preparation for the GCSE Literature paper 1 exam where students have to answer a question on a nineteenth century novel. In the exam they will receive an extract from the novel but will also need to show they know the rest of the story and therefore this was an excellent way to consolidate their prior learning in class.
