Year 8 Homework
Posted on: 23/11/2020Well done to Omid, Tilley, Amourae and Dominika in their creative expression of their Geography learning of topic 1: Population. This is a Snakes and Ladders game that 4 year 8 students made with guidance from their teacher. It was a revision tool to help them consolidate the implications the One Child Policy had had on the citizens of China.
Students used the snakes to indicate what would happen to citizens that didn't follow the policy pre-2015, when the policy was relaxed. They also used the ladders to reward the citizens that were abiding by the law.
The red and yellow theme was based off the design of the current Chinese flag.
