Young Enterprise Winners!
Posted on: 25/05/2021Hamza and Sheryar from Year 8 have just been announced as the winners for The Young Money Challenge 2021 this year. Their idea and was judged extensively and out of 2500 young entrepreneurs from across the country they successfully achieved 3rd place.
A massive achievement to both students and the Lancaster Academy community, preparing the young generation with READY values to go and succeed!

This year’s Challenge has been hugely successful, with over 2500 young people taking part during the school closures. We’ve been extremely impressed by the creative and thoughtful entries, and overwhelmed by the passion shown by children for money management and health and wellbeing.
I’m delighted to announce that Sheryar & Hamza have been chosen as our runner up for CATEGORY THREE. There’s been an extensive judging process culminating with a very special judging panel, so this is an amazing achievement.
They have each won a £25 voucher and your school will be awarded £250!
